The dining room at Hotell Borgholm is Öland's best restaurant with awards in, among other things, the international restaurant bible Guide Michelin. It serves various gastronomic menus as well as á la carte based on local and seasonal ingredients with flavors from the hotel's unique herb garden, which in itself is a real oasis in Borgholm.
